Available Position

Sales Executive 

Responsibility:

  • You shall monitor and control all customer related sales & services matters.
  • You shall responsible in charge of generating sales performance reports, handling customer order, to provide customers with sales quotations, complaints and provide support to all outdoor sales.
  • You shall identify, explore and develop new business opportunities as well as potential customers.
  • You shall take sales order from customer and placing sales order to the Warehouse Assistant daily.
  • You shall develop and maintain a strong and long term working relationship with customers.
  • You shall responsible to display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variation in prices, delivery and customer specifications to the superior.
  • You shall provide approprate service to customers, such as answering product enquiries and receiving orders.
  • You shall identify products improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • You shall monitor closely own sales achievements, ensure timely collection from customers and to control debts.
  • You shall responsible to do and timely submission of own monthly traveling expenses claims and daily working report adhering to company policies and requirements.
  • You shall attend to customers enquiries, orders, complaints etc. and follow up.
  • You shall keep and maintain high standard of cleanliness in the office premises.
  • You shall perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your superior trom time to time.


IT Executives 

Responsibility:

  • responsible conduct relevant IT technical or applications training/guidance to users when necessary.
  • Implement/maintain/support all IT systems and infrastructures to ensure smooth running of systems.
  • provide basic support of IT infrastructure: Printer, Router, Network Switches,

CCTV and etc

  • perform POS System and other Application maintenance that includes installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting and monitoring.
  • update of company product pricing and item according to the request from outlet and management team.
  • provide first level support by identifying, resolving and escalating the problems to vendor and ensure that the service commitment is met.
  • provide day to day first level of technical support in maintaining the information system, including responsibility for ensuring processes and outputs are error-free
  • responsible for administration of IT Asset and perform periodically software audit.
  • perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your superior from time to time.
  • able to provide Daily checklist to superior from time to time.
  • able to travel outlet to perform Maintenance service Klang Valley and outstation.

Account Assistant 

Responsibility :

  • You shall assist in dayto day accounting functions.
  • You shall process invoices for accountreceiveable.
  • You shall ensure all debtors invoices and transaction accurately take into the system.
  • You shall assist in follow up on debtor collections, liaise with customer on outstanding debts.
  • You shall assist in monthly debtor statement.
  • You shall ensure invoices are properly checked before payments are made.
  • You shall liaise with customers on payments or invoices issued.
  • You shall assist in process payment based on the creditterm and supported with valid document
  • You shall ensure proper filling of accounts records and documentation.
  • You shall supportin the month end closing.
  • You shall assist in year end audit process

Purchasing Assistant (Fresh graduates are encourage to apply)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervise team from time to time forward available inventory items by verifying stock;

scheduling delivery.

  • Obtain quotations from vendors/suppliers and negotiate for the best price, best quality and best service to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update vendor/supplier list on a timely basis, follow up closely to ensure on time deliveries for ordered items to support progress of works.
  • Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items;

recommending alternatives.

  • Prepare report pertaining to market conditions and merchandise cost, control purchasing department budget
  • Work closely with department head/ outlet / branches to solve quality issues with suppliers.
  • Responsible doing month end stock take.
  • Perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your superior from time to time.
